I want to relate what happened to me at Heypoker when I used to play at ongame in 2010 or 2011 because something rare happened and it deserves to be mentionned.
So I created an account at Heypoker, and started playing. When I got the players points needed to get my sign up bonus (2.5K$ I think), the money has not been transfered to my account. So I got in touch with the support and they told me that I only had 30 days to reach this players points number in order to get the bonus and this period was over, so that was the reason why the money had not been transfered to my account. I was disappointed but they were right : I had not seen I only had 30 days to get the bonus. Anyway, I sent them an email saying I was disappointed, and you know what? They accepted to GIVE me the bonus. I use the word "give" because that's exactly how I felt about it : they didn' have to, but they gave it to me. And that's one of the best experience I have had with an online poker room support.
I liked this :
the support accepting to give me the sign up bonus, even if the bonus period was over
I disliked this :
seems hard to play at ongame now as there is less and less cashgame players, more and more bots, insta-sit scripters, and so on...
