What's hiding behind the clients' withdrawals not being processed by WinCake ?

In the history of online poker, there have been several scandals of websites and poker rooms cheating with the players deposited bankrolls.

The most wellknown example has been the FullTiltPoker case : the FTP players' money was not separated from the Full Tilt Poker operational bank accounts, and was often amputated by the high monthly dividends given to the Full Tilt Poker founders (including Chris Ferguson and Howard Lederer...).

Ponzi schemes have been often discovered in the gambling industry : everything looks clean from the outside until too many clients want to withdraw their money at the same time and then the room can't pay everybody and goes bankrupt.

Regarding Wincake, many clients' withdrawal requests are still pending after several months. And moreover, as ja.ramos48 explained it, Wincake clients may only request 1 withdrawal with a maximum amount of $10K. If a client wants to withdraw more money, he will have to wait for the 1st request to be processed before being able to ask for a second cash out. This implies that in the best case, withdrawing more than $10K can take ages.

But that's in the best scenario, because in reality, nobody seems to know at the moment if these payments will actually be done one day.

So, nobody really knows why Wincake don't pay the players' withdrawal requests, but it's a fact that these requests remain pending for too long periods at Wincake.

Looking at this situation from the outside, we can say that whatever the reasons causing such problems, any reasonnable person would conclude that depositing money in such conditions puts your funds in a very uncertain situation and therefore, we would advise you to be very careful when choosing an online casino, a poker room, or a sports betting website.
